We are pleased to announce that ELLIPSE will be participating in the 17th Swiss Day of Life Sciences, taking place on 3 June 2026 at the ZHAW Campus Grüental in Wädenswil.
This year’s edition will focus on one of the most relevant topics of our time: the future of the bioeconomy. Under the theme “Shaping the Future Bioeconomy: Innovations from Biomass”, the event will explore how renewable resources, biotechnological processes, and chemical innovation can contribute to sustainable economic development.
Within the programme, ELLIPSE will be represented by Bernhard Drosg from BEST – Bioenergy and Sustainable Technologies GmbH, who will present results from our pilot-scale reactor during the session Value Session – High-Value Biomass Pathways.
Presentation details:
“Producing Volatile Fatty Acids from Waste – Pilot-Scale Experiences”
13:30-13:45
We look forward to sharing our latest results and engaging with researchers, industry experts, and stakeholders on innovative pathways for biomass valorisation and circular bio-based solutions
