The ELLIPSE project will participate in the 19th IWA World Conference on Anaerobic Digestion, taking place in Valencia, Spain, from 9 to 13 June 2026.
Recognised as one of the leading international conferences dedicated to anaerobic technologies, IWA AD19 will bring together academics, researchers, engineers, practitioners, policymakers, and representatives from the public and private sectors to exchange knowledge, present recent advancements, and discuss the future of anaerobic digestion.
Under the theme “Fueling Sustainability”, the conference will highlight the key role of anaerobic technologies in transforming waste streams into valuable resources and supporting the transition towards more sustainable and circular systems.
ELLIPSE will be presented by colleagues from the University of Verona on Thursday, 11 June, during the panel “Adding value to liquid streams and digestate”, scheduled from 16:40 to 17:20.
The participation in IWA AD19 represents an important opportunity to share ELLIPSE’s contribution to resource recovery, circular bio-based solutions, and the valorisation of organic streams within an international scientific and technical community.
